Project Report on Cross-Cultural Training of Expatriates

Increased globalization has raised the movement of human capital, making efficient cross-cultural training (CCT) important for multi-national corporations. As language, food, living and other problems occurs, when people migrates from one country to another, so these issues are also disturb companies as well. Cross Cultural Training Programs are essential for such companies. This project report provides the basic concept and implementation of Cross Cultural Training programs. Report also illustrates the importance of Cross Cultural Training programs and it effects to the companies.
