Role of Top Management in SCM (Supply Chain Management): Final Thesis / Project Report

SCM (Supply Chain Management) is crucial for organizations. Top management's role very important to research that is not yet in place in the big SCM puzzle. The main objective of this study report is therefore to describe and explain the role of top management in a company’s Supply Chain Management practices. The reason is move towards with the aid of two studies, where the second is partly built upon the findings from the first. Moreover this project report analytically describes and illustrates the role of top Management in SCM (Supply Chain Management).
