BPO (Business Process Re-engineering) is a management tool to re-engineer a specific process relevant to production, marketing or whole business strategies. As you know SCM (Supply Chain Management) is a key factor of purchasing department and better a management of Supply Chain will brings fruitful results for the organizations. But most of the organizations fail to handle SCM after BPO (Business Process Re-engineering). This project report is actually about the ISUZU HICOM Malaysia Co. Ltd. In this project author reports the overall plan of SCM (Supply Chain Management) reserved by management of ISUZU HICOM Malaysia Co. Ltd. after the successful implementation of BPR (Business Process Re-engineering).
